A flush door has a solid core particle board infill with a wooden rail and stile framed around it and sandwiched between an exterior grade HDF substrate on the top and bottom. These doors help showcase the best mother nature has to offer by pressing the veneer of choice on top of the substrate.
Flush doors are extremely durable and economical. These doors are manufactured with two sides veneer / Laminate / commercial depending on the end use. At Pyramid we go a step further in adding to the durability and aesthetics of the door by providing PVC or Veneer edge banding thereby concealing the door construction.
Fire rated flush doors with 30min / 1-hour rating is also manufactured for hotels and other commercial places.
